Richard came to MacArthur Park in 1995 and served as our Youth & Family Minister for fourteen years, He has served as our Church Life Minister and currently serves as our Executive Minister.  Richard is married to Janet and they have three children and five grandchildren.  Richard served as Camp Director for CampOC camps on the campus of Oklahoma Christian for thirty years. 

Douglas has served as the Minister of Adult Discipleship at MacArthur Park since 1999.  In 2023 his is transitioning to serve as our Care Minister.   Before coming to MacArthur Park Douglas preached in Junction, Texas.   He is married to Laurie and they have three children and two grandchildren. . 

Before coming to MacArthur Park, Barry preached in San Jose, California.  In 2023 Barry will be coordinating Adult Education.  He serves as our staff liaison to all our missionaries. He has served as a missionary in Brazil.  He is married to Sofia, and they have two sons, Timothy and Lucas. 

Ken joined the team in 2023 as our Worship Minister. He grew up at MacArthur Park, graduated from Oklahoma Christian University, served as a missionary in Japan, and preached in Texas.  Ken & Etsuko have four children and one grandchild. 

Gannon joined our ministry team in the Summer of 2026 after graduating from Harding University.  Gannon has a heart for helping teens know Christ. 

Jonathan joined the MacArthur Park staff in 2021 as the Youth Minister. In July 2026,  Jonathan is now serving at our Connections Minister focused on Small Groups and New members.  He is also pursuing is licensure in Marriage & Family Therapy.  He and Laura have one son and a daughter on the way. 

Jahnnette and Jason raised their two sons here. Jahnnette has served as a school teacher and school administrator.  Jahnnette is passionate about sharing Jesus with children and helping parents as they raise their children. She loves children's literature.  When she is not teaching and reading you'll find her reading a book to the children.
